What products do you sell?

We specialize in fully framed poster art — ready to hang right out of the box. Each piece is carefully printed, framed, and packaged to arrive safely.

Are the posters already framed?

Yes. All items are sold as framed posters. Frames are selected to complement the artwork and include protective acrylic (not glass) for safety during shipping.

What sizes are available?

Our common sizes include 24×18, 24×24, 36×24, and 36×36 inches. Availability may vary by design.

Can I request customization?

Light customizations (like small text changes) may be possible on select designs. Email us with your request and the product link and we’ll confirm options.

How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed in 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. delivery typically arrives 5–10 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free within the United States. International customers should contact us for shipping cost information and availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, in many cases. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote for your location.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us right away with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll help with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Custom items are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping? Do you provide return labels?

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Mein Sohn Library does not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods processed securely through trusted providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

We aim for accurate color reproduction, but minor variations can occur due to screen settings and printing materials.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes—please email us with your project details, quantities, and timeline. We’ll provide options and pricing.

How should I care for my framed poster?

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and wipe the acrylic gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use glass cleaners with ammonia.

Can I send a gift?

Absolutely. You can ship directly to a recipient. Add a note at checkout or email us your gift message and order number, and we’ll include it when possible.
